Some of these images were taken of the loco preparations and shunting movements before the actual photo charter started. The mist was very heavy and quite dense making my camera struggle to focus at times.
Locos.
Resident 0-4-0 Barclay No1931 'THE UNITED STEEL COMPANIES LTD' this loco was built in 1927 and spent most of its working life at West Midlands Beet Sugar co at Foley Park, Kidderminster.
Resident 0-4-0 Barclay No2088 "SIR THOMAS ROYDEN' Built in 1940 and worked at Stourport Power Station retired in 1977.
Visiting loco was Beyer Peacock 0-4-0st No1827 Built at the Gorton works Manchester in 1879 she was originally built with a crane mounted on extended frames at the rear and was used as a shunter at Gorton right up to 1966.
